Handmade Flamingo Earrings: Upcycled Cookie Tin, Pink Beads

I was dreaming of warmer weather today, as Indiana has been a cold and dreary spring so far. In an effort to brighten up my day, I crafted these cheerful flamingo earrings out of a chocolate key lime cooler cookie tin. The lanky long pink beads and small pink seed beads were added to emulate the legs of a flamingo. I hope that these earrings bring you the same joy that I had while making them.

Sometimes vintage tins have signs of wear such as small marks or scratches. I feel that this condition only adds tp the charm and authenticity of the piece.
